Window fans are easy to install. They are relatively small in size and vary from 8 to 20 inches in diameter. Window fans are designed for easy installation and are styled in high gloss ABS thermoplastics for a stylish appearance.

The fans incorporate updated technology and design and can be cleaned easily. Window fans are not often advertised. However, they constitute a cheaper and more environmentally responsible alternative to air conditioning.

Window fans are not permanently installed, so one can be placed in almost any window and still be moved later on. Window exhaust fans also come with adjustable panels so that the fan is able to fit in nearly any size window as well.

Window fans are a great addition to any warm climate home. Window fans really come in handy when you just need the cooler air outside to come in or the hotter air inside to go out.

Window fans are designed to fit medium or large sized windows and have expandable side barriers to cover the entire window opening. Most units have either one large sized bladed fan, or two small sized bladed fan units mounted side by side.

Window fans are best used in windows facing away from the prevailing wind and exhausting hot air from your home. To cool as much of your home as possible, tightly close windows near the fan and open windows in rooms far from the fan, preferably on the windward side of your home.
